Our Initiatives At community Front : In Health

KPCL does not view success and achievements in terms of commercial gains only, but firmly believes that corporate social responsibility is the key for providing a deep symbiotic relationship that exists between the company and the environment in which it functions. The main objective of the programme is to extend preventive health initiatives to various stakeholders to encourage healthy lifestyle (preventive health behavior) and to ensure early detection of chronic ailments thus promoting their health and well -being.

Our preventive health initiative activity is not only limited to our own employees and their family members but is also extended to various community groups like Customer Personnel (while they visit our company for training purpose), External Agencies (like Fire Brigade, MSEB, MPCB, Police Personnel, Insurance Agency etc.), weaker sections of community (like women, senior citizens, rural agricultural labor, contract labor etc.), students and teachers of our twelve adopted schools.
