Our Initiatives At Community Front

We live in an age in which companies match countries in wealth, call the shots and control much of the earth's resources. In India, as in the rest of the world, there is a growing realization that capital markets and corporations are, after all, created by society and must therefore serve it, not merely profit from it. Thus, corporate social Responsibility (CSR) states that organizations have an obligation to consider the interests of customers, employees, shareholders, communities, and ecological issues in all aspects of their operations.

A good company delivers excellent products and a services ....a great company does all that and strives to make the world a better place! This belief pulsates throughout the KPCL culture which finds expression in the initiatives we undertake on education, health and environment conservation fronts. Our CSR Initiatives are long term commitments, which focus on direct involvement with communities. A core team continuously focuses on plans and implements CSR initiatives within the allocated budget.

Such programs organized by KPCL, seek active involvement and put us in touch with our qualities that we were hitherto unaware of. Here is the gist of initiatives undertaken as our share of social responsibility.
