We recruit jointly for the Kirloskar group of companies,
from selected engineering colleges across India through
a structured selection process by a panel of senior management
representatives.
While functional inputs are provided throughout a manager's
career with KPCL, the first 52 weeks are spent in a training
programme specially designed for Graduate Engineer Trainee
(GET). This programme serves as an incubator of future leaders
for the company. To help fresh learners to become achievers
and leaders, we provide leadership development platforms
at early stage of their careers.
Successful candidates are offered careers in manufacturing,
materials, marketing, service and R & D, based on vacancies
and performance evaluation during the year long training
programme.
