a remarkable journey in KPCL. A journey

Dynamically corporate but very Indian at heart,
my journey at KPCL provides a wealth of diversity.
Right since joining as a Graduate Engineer
Trainee till today, as General Manager (Refrigeration
System), each day has been a new learning
experience.
KPCL continues to challenge me and encourages
me to initiate new endeavors. My efforts
are focused on more and more qualitative
result oriented approach. The combined support
of my seniors, colleagues, peers and certainly
my staff has fuelled my lateral and vertical
growth. The experiences I have gained at
KPCL has been invaluable to say the least.
The management here facilitates and promotes

I am proud to say that I started my carrier
with KPCL as a Junior Engineer in 1979.Having
worked with different functions, I got an
opportunity to develop and apply integrated
skills in every functional area. In addition,
various training programmers in KPCL are developing
conceptual skills, human skills and functional
skills amongst the employees which have resulted
in improvement in personality attributes.
An open work culture in KPCL encourages everyone
to be innovative and inculcates team spirit.
I experienced that KPCL is a learning organization.
Engineering and diversified product range
builds a strong base for development of an
individual in KPCL which is resulting in growth
with an impressive leap. In my opinion, we

I joined KPCL in August 2009, right after completing my Graduation in Mechanical Engineering. The rigorous training as a GET that I underwent transformed me from a student to a Professional. In KPCL I found an excellent working environment, with ample growth opportunities, challenging work profile and proper mentoring by the vast pool of experienced professionals.

I joined KPCL as a GET in August 2009 and I consider myself lucky to be here. In the initial one year training period as a GET I received a lot of motivation and guidance in making the transition from a Green Horn to a hard core professional. I learnt a lot of things and groomed myself as an engineer. Today, as a Senior Engineer in the Process Gas Systems group, life and work in KPCL are exciting, challenging and enriching.
As an employee of this company, I have faced many challenges and feel proud of the fact that KPCL has given me immense opportunities in terms of exploring and developing my abilities and latent potential. I feel confident, capable and a responsible member of the KPCL family now.

Veerendra Pawar

After getting my BE Electrical Engg from PVG's College of Engg. I started my professional journey with KPCL as a GET on 01 August 2009. Today, I feel proud of being part of the Research & Engineering Group in Air Compressor Division as a Senior Engineer.
The exposure to varied activities and honing of soft skills during the training period has given me confidence to take on challenges in ever changing work environment. I was involved in tasks ranging from working on the shop floor, overseeing work at vendor sites, working on Project execution to representing the company at various events.
I got opportunities to take on responsibilities and make decisions whilst still a trainee; with lot of support and guidance from experienced seniors. The trust shown on me motivates me to have a go at all nature of problems, to take initiative and emerge with solutions.
I have developed a sense of belonging to my
company and enjoy working in the environment
here which motivates youngsters, and values
Excellence in all aspects, integrity, teamwork
and safety.

Joining the Kirloskar Pneumatics has been one of my best decisions. I came here as GET. As a trainee, I was looking for an exposure that would help me grow into a good engineer and I found the right kind of exposure at Kirloskar. Placing the right focus on exploring the potential of each employee coupled with excellent training programs, has indeed , proved to be motivating enough for KPCL employees to perform at their best.
During this year I have gained knowledge beyond my belief. I have been blessed with being able to work with many wonderful people. These people have taught me so much and given me the opportunity to grow successfully. The high spirit of professionalism and dedication makes Kirloskar Pneumatics a rewarding place to work.

I joined KPCL as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 2009. Two most important things which are inculcated here is 'Integrity" and "Excel in assigned task", which are the most important ingredients of being successful in life.
In KPCL, I got the opportunity to work with the experts, who shared their vast knowledge and experience whenever I approached them. Here I got the first hand experience of how the things work in production shop floor, which involves friendly atmosphere, support from subordinates and guidance from seniors. Every day starts with a new challenge and learning.

I joined KPCL along with 25 other engineers
on 01 Aug 07, as the company was approaching
its Golden Jubilee. I was a bundle of anxieties
and curiosities about the professional world.
The training, guidance, exposure and opportunities
received here make me confident to take on
new and challenging assignments; and to explore
my potential in all facets of professional
and personal life. The strong bonding formed
between me, our trainers and all colleagues
in KPCL is my most coveted strength.
