Power pack equipment for self propelled Rail vehicles
such as Diesel hydraulic multiple units, accident relief
trains, medical rail vans, OHE cars, meter gauge rail
bus and diesel multiple units.
The standard scope of supply in these model includes:
Diesel engine with cooling system, hydraulic transmission,
axle drive gear box, cardan shaft & twin station
instrumentation and control system in drivers cabin.
Single stage (to achieve a torque multiplication upto
3:1) and three stage (to achieve a torque multiplication
upto 5:1) hydraulic torque converter is the other product
we manufacturing since 1964. The hydraulic torque converter
is comparable to an automatically changing multi ratio
gearbox with infinitesimal reduction stages.
This Torque converter is most suitable for those application
which follow repetitive load cycles having high momentary
torque followed by normal torque type pattern, such
as shunting locomotives, diesel rail cranes, loaders,
crawler tractors, power shovels, fork lifts, excavator,
dredgers, drilling rigs etc. The power transmission
is through hydraulic fluid which results in shock-free,
smooth and continuous operation. We manufacture Hydraulic
Torque Converters in the range of 30 to 1200 HP. |
