ACD offers wide range of compressors in 15 product categories.
To bring focused attention and create centers of competence
specific to technology these are sub divided in three categories
as Reciprocating compressors, screw compressors, centrifugal
compressors & Ground support units (GSU).
ACD has complete range of air compressors, i.e., from small
garage compressors to the high tech centrifugal type as
well as screw type compressors. These compressors cater
to needs of diverse industrial segments
ACD products are primarily sold and serviced through four
regional offices and three branch offices supported by 40
authorized dealers, who also cater to customer’s spares
requirement. ACD has developed effective delivery mechanism
for its products and spares through authorized logistics
partners. Dealers, while transporting the material to customers,
adopt a standard process. After sales services are provided
through branch offices. In addition to this, our authorized
dealers also have well trained personnel and infrastructure
to provide services to customers. Our well-trained service
engineers and skilled service technicians further strengthen
this function.
ACR - PG division in KPCL started with manufacturing of
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration compressors (equipment
group) and expanded into refrigeration projects and process
gas systems as a turnkey solution provider.
ACR - PG has four Business Groups, which are independently
monitored as profit centres viz. Equipment (Compressors
for refrigeration system), Refrigeration Systems (Industrial
refrigeration packages, Customized turnkey projects, Screw
compressor package, Containarised Ice & water chilling
plants & Marine HVACR), Process Gas Systems (CNG compression
packages & Gas compression packages) and a new Business
Group viz. Vapour Absorption Chillers (Gas / Oil, Steam,
hot-water driven VAC’s).
Projects sub division, undertake Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK)
Projects which include planning, designing, manufacturing,
installing and commissioning of Refrigeration Systems and
Process Gas Systems (PGS).
ACR & PG products (Compressors & Spares) are sold
and serviced through 27 authorized dealers in India and
abroad. Their sales and service is monitored and supported
by 3 Regional Offices, 4 Branch Offices and 4 overseas offices.
After-sales support is provided through dealer service personnel
supported by company engineers. Customer complaints are
monitored & reviewed centrally and supported by way
of material and technical expertise where necessary.
TRM is the fast track business unit of KPCL. With 6 products
on board, this SBU specially cater the need of the Rail
and Non conventional energy sectors. TRM especially hold
its mastery in different types of gears & gear boxes
with capacity ranges from sub megawatt to higher megawatt
range.
TRM products are sold directly through its sales department
at HO – Hadapsar, Pune. Spares are sold through sales
and its authorized dealers. Sales and services are monitored
and supported by regional offices. After-sales support is
provided through service personnel at HO and regional offices.
In addition, some of our selected dealers have trained service
personnel. Most of the products are delivered directly to
the customer.
